This Privacy Policy describes how RB Digital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the BreedTrack mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to transparency and respect your privacy and the sensitive nature of the data you entrust to us.

1. Information You Provide Directly
We collect information when you create an account, manage dog profiles, or communicate with us.
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and potentially a profile picture when you sign up for an account. We require an email address for account management, authentication, and communication.
- Dog and Breeding Profiles: This is the core data within BreedTrack and includes:
- Dog Details: Name, breed, sex, color, microchip ID, pedigree information, and photographs of your dogs.
- Health Records: Detailed information on vaccinations, preventative treatments, medical history, and specific health notes for each dog.
- Breeding Data: Heat cycle dates, mating records, pregnancy details (including X-ray results), false pregnancy notes, litter information (including collar colors, birth times/weights, gender, and individual puppy growth tracking), and temperature logs.
- Contact Information: Name, phone number, email, address, and relevant notes for contacts you add to the App, such as veterinarians, stud owners, or puppy buyers. You represent that you have obtained any necessary consent to provide us with information about these individuals.
- Payment Information: When you upgrade to a Pro plan, payment information is collected and processed securely by third-party payment processors (like Google Play In-App Billing) associated with your app store account. We do not store full payment card details directly.
- Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the BreedTrack App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and App usage.
- Device Information: We collect device-specific information such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including access times, screens viewed, features used, App crashes, and performance data. This helps us understand App performance and improve user experience.
- Location Information: With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information (e.g., via GPS) to enable specific features, such as finding nearby veterinarians (if implemented). You can enable or disable location services within your device settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes:

- Account Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data. Some information may be retained for legal/analytical purposes, generally in anonymized form.
- Communications: Opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions. You cannot opt-out of account-related communications.
- Location: Disable location services in your device settings.
